We may gather information about your general internet use by using the cookie.  Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. Corporate Partners

These companies may also use cookies, over which we have no control.  Such cookies (if used) would be downloaded once you click the links from our website.  Please check their privacy policies to fully understand their use of cookies.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics provides anonymous statistics on website usage. Cookies are used to track the source of a visitor, their session on the website (to associate multiple page views to one visit) and whether they are a new or returning visitor.

Google AdWords

NAWT receives a Google Ad Grant for Google Ad Words advertising. This means that when using the Google Search engine, our adverts may appear at the top of the list based on search terms that we provide to them. This tool is used both to promote our rescue and rehoming services, and also fundraising activities. We also use the conversion tracking feature of AdWords that adds cookies to a person’s computer when they click an advert. This helps us track how effectively we are using the grant money available to us to help to promote our work. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.
