UPDATE: Hello to anyone coming this Saturday! We walked the route yesterday and it was relatively dry, with the odd very muddy patch / few metres here or there, so wellies or walking boots would be a good idea. (and it might rain in between now and then!) There's a few hills and sadly, we regret this walk is not accessible for those in wheelchairs.
We will have a card reader with us for any donations and of course a collection bucket for cash. There's a picnic bench in the car park, we'll meet near there... look for the staff in blue!
On 22nd February at 11am, each of our rescue centres will be embarking on a group dog walk in the local community to raise money for the dogs in our care.
Join our Bedfordshire team in Aspley Heath Woods, meeting in the Longslade Lane Car Park. The walk route will be approximately 5k, make sure you and your four legged friend are dressed for the weather! People without dogs also welcome to come along and join the walk!
We kindly ask you to bring a £5 donation with you in order to take part in the walk and help us raise funds for the centre. If you want to make sure we raise even more money, why not get your friends and family to sponsor you and your dog taking part!
Meeting Place: Longslade Lane Car Park, Aspley Heath, MK17 9HZ.
