Meet Beans!

Hey there, my name is Beans! I am a 4 year old ex-racer who is now looking to find my forever home.

As you can see by my pictures, the guys here at the centre named me beans because I am full of them! I love nothing more than a run around in an enclosed paddock, or a nice long walk. Being a greyhound though, I adore my sleep, so I need a lot of comfy spaces in my new home to snooze.

Being an ex-racer does mean I probably won't have been in a home before, however the adjustment tends to be pretty smooth as long as you are committed to helping me with some toilet training in the house, and showing me the ropes of the home. I am a pretty confident boy so the staff here think I will adjust pretty easily.

I could live with other dogs pending introductions at the centre, however I will not be able to live in a home with a cat as being a sighthound, I will try to chase. I could also live with older children (13+) pending meets at the centre, but do be aware that I can be a bit bouncy, so it would be ideal that any children have had lots of experience around dogs.
