Meet Lilo!

Hi everyone!! My name is Lilo and I'm a bundle of fun and energy on the lookout for a like-minded forever person. I'm only a youngster who hasn't had the easiest of times so I have some ongoing training needs and need a dedicated and experienced owner to help guide my paws as we take on life together.

I'm a super exuberant and enthusiastic girlie who can often take life at top speed! However, when I get out into the countryside on my walkies, I do relax and take in all the good sniffs and enjoy myself. Walks for me are best in rural locations as opposed to road and town walking. And...well, I've got some energy to burn let's say! I'll be looking for an owner whose idea of a good time is donning a pair of walking boots, picking a muddy path and setting off for a long time exploring, rather than your round-the-block kinda walkies. I haven't experienced much of the big wide world and found it overwhelming at first but I'm starting to slowly but surely enjoy taking on more but need a forever person to help me the rest of the way.

When it comes to intelligence...I've got tons of it! Everyone here says I've got bundles and bundles of potential as I am a super smart cookie. When I'm switched on into training mode, I am focused and enjoy learning and engaging with you. Really, I'll need an owner who is experienced in coaching youngsters like me with positive reward-based training and giving me lots to learn and focus on. My brain is super sharp so I'll master things quick so be ready and raring with the next thing to teach me! I'll need plenty of training and mental stimulation to help me grow into a well-rounded pooch but my friends here will be more than happy to tell you more.

There's so much more to me though than my intelligence and energy. Behind what can seem a confident exterior, is a sensitive little lady so I'm hopeful for someone who can look deeper and see that side to me. I am a bit of a cuddle bug and love to lean into you for fusses and loving. I take lots of reassurance from my people and with that trust in you I think we can take on the world! Life for me might be full of firsts but I can't wait to take on my next adventure. Of course, being just a baby I'm a very playful girl and I can't wait for a toy box to call my own!

I have met other pooches here and have lived with another before. However, due to my high energy levels I would prefer to be the only dog in my new forever home so I can have all the attention to myself! I won't be looking to share my home with any feline friends or children.
