Meet Bailey!

Hi, I’m Bailey, a 3 year old boy looking for a new home. You may recognise my face as I became a bit of a poster boy for NAWT when I was here last year. Unfortunately, I recently found myself back at the centre as my owner sadly passed away.

I’m a big soppy boy with a heart full of love to give to my next family. I’m a very happy dog and I absolutely love people, so don’t be surprised if I bring one of my favourite toys to show you when you’re outside my kennel, or if I lie down to get a good shoulder rub from you! I LOVE my toys so my future family better be prepared to spend a lot of time playing with me.

I have been doing really well with my training since I first came into rescue, but this will need to be continued in my new home. I’m a very clever boy and I pick things up quickly so I’m sure we’ll have a lot of fun. I’m used to having access to a large garden and I hope to have this in my new home too. I love being able to run around and play outdoors and I’ll even help you with the gardening, or I’ll think I’m helping at least...

As I’m quite a big jumpy boy, it is best I live with teenage children and adults only and it is important that every member of my family is dedicated to helping with my enrichment and training. I do struggle with being left alone, so I’d like someone to be home with me most of the day so I don’t get lonely. It’s best I don’t live with cats, as I’d want to chase them, and although I do like to make doggy friends when I’m out on walks, I would prefer not to live with one, at least until I have a bit more socialisation experience.
