Meet Teddy!

Hi, I’m Teddy, a gorgeous 3 year old boy looking for my forever home.

I’m an adorable soppy boy with a heart full of love to give. I’m a very happy dog and I absolutely love people, so don’t be surprised if I bring one of my favourite toys to show you when you’re outside my kennel.

I may only be 3 years old but I have been through a lot of change in my life which has been difficult and confusing for me to cope with. I really want to have a fresh start with an owner who will help me move on from my past and live the happy, carefree life I dream of. I will need an experienced owner, who can understand dog behaviour and can read my signals of discomfort.
I can walk nicely when I am out, but I can get really excited for adventures and I can pull a little so I need to improve my loose lead walking. My carers have started some basic positive reinforcement training around items that I enjoy and I look forward to continuing this with my new owner. The good news is, I LOVE food and I’m very clever, so I’ve been learning very quickly.

I need my new home to be with adults only who can assist me with my training needs and I would love a large secure garden to run around and play in. I would also like it if someone in the family was home most of the time to keep me company and stop me getting up to any mischief!
