Meet Berry!

Hi everyone, my name is Berry and I am a very sweet older Labrador Retriever.
I am such a happy and friendly girl, always pleased to see everyone and just love to greet you with a toy gently held in my mouth, so it is sad that I ended up as a stray. But the staff here say such a friendly girl like me wont take long to find my happy ending.
I am great to walk on the lead, and really love the outdoors....especially mud and puddles....I tend to flop down and have a good roll whenever I come across a nice wet spot!
I love my toys and will happily play retrieve with you. I am great to handle and groom and have a huge a mount of love to give, so could be a lovely family dog who will thrive on all the fuss. I am spotlessly clean here in my kennel and settle very well, I am such a good girl.
I have met cats here at the centre and was just a bit unsure of them so may be able to live with one. I can be vocal when seeing some dogs so we would have to see how I get on if there was another dog in the home.
You might be able to tell from my photos that I am overweight at the moment so am on a bit of a diet, and I am stiff on my legs so the staff are taking it nice and gently with me.
I really hope I find my forever home soon, love Berry x
