Meet Mavis!

Hi there! My name is Mavis and I’m a 3-year-old French Bull Dog looking for my fur-ever home.

Not much is known about my background as I was found as a stray and came to the centre from the pound. You may notice in my picture that I’m particularly special as I only have three legs! But don’t be fooled, I can still run along just fine and love to explore and potter about. I've been made available before but the team have sussed out some new things about me so my write up is changing a little to give you some more information about me.

I’m a very sweet girl and love allll the attention and fuss, particularly chin scratches and belly rubs. Ideally I would like all that attention to myself and don't love over the top bouncy dogs as I'm still a little unsteady on my 3 legs so would prefer to be the only dog in the home. I am a big foodie and will do anything for a treat or ten! I am not a fan of going to the vets (but who is right?!) I'm such a friendly girl I could live with children but not cats as I love to chase them!
