Meet Bellatrix (with Midnight)!

Hi there! My name is Bellatrix, and this is my sister Midnight. We are looking for a new home together as part of the home direct scheme. This means that we get to stay together in our current home whilst a new home is found for us.

We are affectionate cats as we both enjoy being stroked and we will even curl up with you or next to you for a fuss.
My sister loves to be brushed and groomed, and she finds it very relaxing. I am not a big fan of being groomed, however I will tolerate it if I am in the mood.

We both enjoy playing with toys, especially feathery fishing rod toys or toys that have catnip in them. I am happy to play on my own or with my human companions. I often like to sit back and watch Midnight play, but I do get involved and play too. I usually prefer to play one on one with my human companion when Midnight is not around so that I get all of the attention to myself.

We have never lived with children before, but we have been around older visiting children in our current home. We are not a fan of loud noises so young ones would be too much for us. However, we could potentially live with older children in our new home, provided that we are given the time and space we need to settle in. We would also prefer to the be the only pets in the home.

Midnight and I are very curious cats, and we love to explore the outside world. Therefore, outside access is a must in our new home. We are avid hunters so our new owner will need to be happy to accept our ‘little presents’.
